最近、企業向けネットワークや貸しサーバー経由でコンテンツ収集と思われる大量のアクセスが波状に到来しています。短時間に一気に浚って、次は別のネットワークからごっそり浚う。ＩＰ規制では対応できないので、通常の一般向けでは無さそうなネットワークからのアクセスはすべて拒否するように処置しました。
一部で巻き添えが生じていますが、当初予定の他の効果もあるので今後も継続します。
Recently, a large number of accesses that appear to be for content collection from networks for companies or rental servers have been flowing in waves. They dredge in a short period of time all at once, and the next time, they dredge in droves from another network.
Since IP restrictions cannot respond to this, we have taken steps to deny all accesses from the networks that do not seem to be for normal public use.
