We are currently tightening access restrictions. Malicious activity collecting contents is continuing. Traffic exceeding twice the normal level has persisted for over two months and still arrives occasionally.
Access from certain networks, including proxies and gateways, is now disabled. Please use standard providers' connections.

　現在、アクセス制限を厳しくしています。悪質なコンテンツ収集行為が継続しています。通信が通常の倍を超える状態が２か月以上き、現在も断続的に到来しています。

　プロキシやゲートウェイを含め、一部のネットワークからのアクセスが規制されるように設定しています。一般的なプロバイダ等の回線を使用してください。

　ピークは過ぎましたが、依然コンテンツ収集と思われるアクセスが継続しています。ＩＰ規制では対応できないので、通常の一般向けでは無さそうなネットワークからのアクセスはすべて拒否するように処置しました。
　一部で巻き添えが生じていますが、当初予定の他の効果もあるので当分の間継続します。状況に応じ強化します。

Though the peak has passed, but access that appears to be content harvesting continues. It cannot be managed through IP restrictions, so we have acted to reject all access from the networks that do not seem to be for ordinary public use.
While some collateral effects have occurred, we will continue this for awhile as it also has other effects as originally intended. We will strengthen it according to the situation.
